Holy crap, next year is my big 4-oh!
I was thinking back to how mixed success my 20s bucket list was and I gave myself like 5 years to do them. I want to do at least one of those failed challenges from that list; the Olympic Triathlon.
That's a 1.5km swim followed by a 40km cycle and finishing with a 10km run.
I lost 10 kilos last year and was running 5k every week from August, so I'm not concerned about the bike or run, but my swimming is like a fish (out of water)!
Cue a bi-weekly swimming course, a proper training plan, and the main event, taking less time and stress at work!
Already signed up for a Sprint Triathlon and a 10k run. Wish me luck!
